These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pkrspi ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"), accessible at https://pkrspi.cam. They govern your access to and use of all content, features and functionality offered on or through the pkrspi website.

pkrspi is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for Pakistani users and other users accessing the platform internationally. The Platform provides informational content covering sports betting, cricket markets, live casino, responsible gambling guidance and related topics. pkrspi does not operate a sportsbook, casino or any other gambling product. Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and any other policies or notices published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" and "your" in these Terms shall apply to that entity accordingly.

pkrspi is an informational content platform. Its primary purpose is to provide Pakistani users and other English-language readers with educational and reference content related to online betting, sports markets, casino games, responsible gambling and associated topics.

The Platform specifically:

• Does not operate, license or manage any online casino, sportsbook or gambling product.
• Does not accept player registrations, deposits, wagers or withdrawals.
• Does not hold, process or transmit funds on behalf of users.
• Does not claim to hold a licence from any Pakistani regulatory authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial gambling authority.
• Does not provide legal advice, financial advice or professional gambling recommendations.

All gambling activity referenced or discussed on the Platform takes place on independent Third-Party Operator platforms, subject to those operators' own terms, conditions, licences and regulatory obligations. pkrspi has no control over and accepts no responsibility for Third-Party Operator conduct, terms or operations.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or by the relevant Third-Party Operator's licence conditions. Persons under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from accessing gambling-related content on this Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Applicable Law.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must ensure that accessing this Platform and any associated gambling content is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to restriction under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other legislation in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine your legal position before accessing gambling-related content.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements. pkrspi reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any User who does not meet or no longer meets these requirements.

Subject to these Terms, pkrspi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

Permitted use includes:

• Reading, browsing and reviewing informational Content published on the Platform;
• Using navigation, search and content features for personal reference purposes;
• Sharing links to Platform pages via personal communication channels, provided no misrepresentation of the Platform's nature or ownership occurs.

This licence does not extend to any commercial use, systematic data extraction, bulk copying or any use that competes with or undermines the legitimate interests of pkrspi.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct in connection with the Platform:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 5;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful;
• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying or creating derivative works from any Content without prior written authorisation from pkrspi;
• Using automated tools, scrapers, bots or crawlers to extract data from the Platform in bulk;
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans or any other disruptive technology to the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's underlying systems, servers or databases;
• Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation or the nature of the Platform in any public or private communication;
• Using Content from the Platform in a manner that implies endorsement by pkrspi of any product, service or opinion not expressly stated on the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Platform and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under Applicable Law.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, editorial copy, structural layout, graphic design elements, colour schemes, typography selections and code, constitutes the Intellectual Property of pkrspi or its duly authorised licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of pkrspi. Requests for content licensing or syndication should be directed to the contact details specified in Clause 17.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports league references such as PSL and ICC — remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on pkrspi does not imply affiliation, endorsement or licensing by those owners.

pkrspi may reference, describe or provide informational content about Third-Party Operators in the course of its editorial activity. Such references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

• An endorsement, recommendation or approval of any Third-Party Operator by pkrspi;
• A representation that any Third-Party Operator is legal, licensed or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction;
• A guarantee of the accuracy, currency or completeness of information about any Third-Party Operator;
• An agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between pkrspi and any Third-Party Operator.

Users who choose to register with or use any Third-Party Operator do so entirely at their own risk and subject to that operator's own terms, conditions, privacy policy and regulatory obligations. pkrspi accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or dispute arising from a User's interaction with a Third-Party Operator.

References to payment methods and providers on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided solely as familiar local context for Pakistani users. Such references:

• Do not imply that any named payment provider endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions;
• Do not confirm the availability of any payment method with any specific Third-Party Operator;
• Do not constitute a representation that any payment provider has any affiliation with pkrspi or any gambling operator;
• Do not guarantee specific deposit or withdrawal processing times or limits.

Users must independently verify payment method availability, applicable limits and processing conditions directly with the relevant Third-Party Operator prior to making any financial transaction.

Currency references expressed as PKR or Rs on the Platform are provided as illustrative examples only unless explicitly stated otherwise. They do not constitute guaranteed offer amounts or operator-published figures.

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Law, pkrspi expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content;
• Warranties that any information about Third-Party Operators, bonus offers, odds, game features or payment methods is current or complete at the time of access.

pkrspi does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice regarding the lawfulness of gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users must obtain independent legal advice if they require guidance on the legal status of online gambling in their location.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pkrspi, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Any gambling activity conducted on a Third-Party Operator platform following access to pkrspi Content;
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
• Any third-party conduct, product, service or content referenced, linked or described on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, modification, discontinuation or termination of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory Applicable Law, pkrspi's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid, if any, to access the Platform, or (b) PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees).

pkrspi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its Content. The following principles are embedded in the Platform's editorial policy and these Terms:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment only, not as a source of income;
• Users must be adults — aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum required by the relevant jurisdiction — before accessing gambling-related content or participating in gambling activity;
• Users experiencing problematic gambling behaviours are encouraged to use self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits provided by Third-Party Operators;

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Given that pkrspi serves an international audience and does not hold a licence under Pakistani law, the Platform does not assert that Pakistani law exclusively governs these Terms. However, Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that:

• The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and other relevant national and provincial legislation may apply to their conduct;
• pkrspi does not represent that use of the Platform or access to gambling-related Content is lawful in Pakistan;
• Users in Pakistan bear sole responsibility for compliance with all Applicable Law governing their access to and use of the Platform and any Third-Party Operator services.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice on the status of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they require guidance on this matter.
