pkrspi operates internationally and may use service providers whose servers are located outside of Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as the laws of your jurisdiction, pkrspi takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as contractual clauses, standard data protection agreements or other comparable mechanisms — to protect your data during such transfers.

Users in Pakistan should note that Pakistani data protection law does not currently establish a formal adequacy regime equivalent to those under GDPR or comparable frameworks. Transfers are made on the basis of the contractual and technical safeguards described above, which pkrspi believes represent a reasonable standard of protection in the circumstances.

pkrspi retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by Applicable Law. The following general retention principles apply:

• Server log data: Typically retained for a period of 30 to 90 days for security, debugging and fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised;

When Personal Data is no longer required and no legal retention obligation applies, pkrspi will delete, anonymise or securely destroy it in accordance with applicable data security standards.
